MALKI reviews the items, retailer, timing, and pickup or purchase requirements before accepting the request.
Up to 3 items from one store
The $75 base service covers purchase or pickup support for up to three exact, preselected items from one retailer location.
Visible item check
MALKI checks for obvious visible issues such as the wrong item, size label, color, damage, or missing pieces where reasonably observable.
Your choice of purchase path
Client-paid pickup — you purchase the items and MALKI collects them when the retailer allows an authorized pickup person. MALKI Purchase Support — you provide the cleared shopping funds and MALKI purchases the exact approved items for you.
Handoff or delivery
Once the items are secured and checked, MALKI completes the confirmed handoff or delivery arrangement.

What this service is not

Designed for a shorter window
Shopping Lite uses a standard 48–72 hour fulfillment window after MALKI accepts the request. Need it in less than 48 hours? Rush requests are reviewed separately, are subject to MALKI’s availability, and may include an additional quoted rush fee. Retailer availability, pickup requirements, location, and delivery needs may affect the final confirmed timing.
Before you request
For client-paid pickup orders, an order or reservation number may not be enough. Many retailers require valid photo ID and may only release an order to the pickup person already named on it. Before MALKI accepts the request, we will confirm whether the retailer allows an alternate pickup person and what authorization is required. If the retailer cannot release your prepaid order to MALKI, MALKI Purchase Support may be used instead when available.
