Which service is right for me?+
Choose Shopping Lite if you already know the item or task. Choose Curated Shopping if you want a focused selection of options. Choose Personal Styling if you need one or two complete looks. Choose Closet Edit if you want to review and reset your wardrobe. If you are unsure, select the closest service on the request form and explain the goal—MALKI can recommend a better fit before the service is accepted.
Is Shopping Lite a styling service?+
No. Shopping Lite is for a specific item, pickup, or focused shopping task. It does not include a styling consultation, full sourcing process, or complete look.
What is the difference between Curated Shopping and Personal Styling?+
Curated Shopping gives you a concise edit of pieces for one clear need. Personal Styling builds a complete look and includes support through the moment you wear it.
Can Closet Edit include shopping?+
Closet Edit begins with what you already own. Once the wardrobe has been reviewed, MALKI can identify the most important gaps and provide the shopping direction included in the confirmed scope.
Is submitting a request the same as booking?+
No. A request gives MALKI the information needed to review the service, timing, and fit. Your service is confirmed only after acceptance, agreement, and the required payment.
How quickly will I hear back?+
Every request is reviewed personally, and we respond by the email you provide. If something is time-sensitive, share the deadline in your request and we will tell you what is possible before anything begins.
Can I request expedited service?+
You may share the deadline in your request. Expedited availability is not guaranteed and may include an additional fee that must be shown and accepted before work begins.
How long does Shopping Lite take?+
Most accepted requests are planned within 24 to 72 hours, depending on availability, retailer rules, location, and delivery needs. Timing is confirmed before the service begins.
How does payment work?+
For Curated Shopping, Personal Styling, and Closet Edit, a 70% deposit confirms the service and allows work to begin; the remaining 30% is due at the point shown in your agreement and before final materials or completion are released. Shopping Lite is paid in full before work begins.
Are clothing and accessories included in the service fee?+
No. The service fee covers MALKI’s work. Clothing, accessories, tax, shipping, delivery, returns, and other third-party costs are separate unless clearly included in your agreement.
Can MALKI purchase items for me?+
Yes, when purchase support is selected and approved. Funds for client purchases must be received before MALKI completes the purchase, and those funds are kept separate from the service fee.
Can MALKI pick up an order placed in my name?+
It depends on the retailer. Many stores require the purchaser’s name and valid identification, and some do not allow the pickup person to be changed after checkout. Share the store and order details before payment so MALKI can confirm what is possible.
What happens with returns?+
Return responsibility and any delivery or courier fee are confirmed in the service agreement. Do not send an item back through MALKI unless return support has been agreed.
Where will I receive agreements, updates, and materials?+
After your request is accepted, you will receive a private tracker link. It keeps your agreement, payment steps, released materials, progress, and service conversation together. See an example tracker.
When will I receive my shopping deck or lookbook?+
Release timing depends on the service and payment milestone in your agreement. The tracker will show what is available and what happens next.
What is MALKI Social?+
MALKI Social creates small, thoughtful gatherings built around conversation, movement, culture, style, and shared activity. The goal is an intentional room with a real reason for people to be there.
Is every MALKI Social gathering a dating event?+
No. The wider calendar includes many kinds of gatherings for adults 21+. The DM is a separate, faith-aware 28+ signature series designed for natural connection—without the format of speed dating or a traditional singles mixer.
How do I hear about the next gathering?+
Join the MALKI Social invitation list. Published gatherings will also appear on the MALKI Social page with the correct registration link.
